perils (allowable extension coverage) such as Aircraft Damage,  Earthquake & Volcanic Eruption,  Impact Damage,  Storm, Tempest,  Sprinkler Leakage (Building), Sprinkler Leakage (Contents),  Flood, Subsidence & Landslip, Electrical Installations Clause (B) – on Machinery, Equipment & Electrical Installations only.

Beside the fire & perils coverage, small medium Industry will also face other risk such as Fire consequential Loss of Profit to reinstate business as soon as possible.

Burglary/Theft risk can be include in this policy as optional benefit with first (1st) loss on sum insured selected as RM50,000 , RM100,000 and RM200,000 to suit individual business risk exposures with minimal rate as low as 0.75

All risk cover are readily available as an option in the exposure of certain expensive machinery, equipments, which are not suitable for fire & burglary insurance cover as some accidental exposure limitation from the policy coverage limitations.
